Offered monthly, the goal of the Community Education Series (CES) is to provide information to the public on the function and biomechanics of the body. A significant portion of the class will be engaging in exercises. Blending principles from yoga and Applied Functional Science, participants will be given exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination of movement. The use of Whole Body Vibration (WBV) will also be included in the exercise program.
Class size is limited to three (3) participants–allowing for plenty of individualized tailoring of each exercise.
Cost is by donation.
